  • A detailed email response with tailored recommendations, gentle strategies to improve sleep, insights into what’s normal and healthy for your child’s age, and helpful extras like handouts, referrals, articles, and other resources to guide you.

  • Once I receive your completed intake form, you’ll get your personalized email response within three business days.

  • One follow-up email to use within two weeks, so you can ask any additional questions or get further guidance as you implement changes.

Together, we’ll dive deep into your child’s sleep, and by the end of our session, you’ll leave with a clear plan to implement with confidence.

With this package, you’ll feel fully supported as you navigate positive changes in your child’s sleep.
