Email consultations are a great option for busy parents who want personalized sleep support without scheduling a call. This service is perfect if you’re looking for answers to specific questions, reassurance that you’re on the right track, or simple and actionable advice delivered in writing.

What’s included:

  • A full review of your intake form, covering your child’s background, family health history, potential red flags, bedtime and nap routines, sleep goals, and any specific questions you have. I’ll also analyze a three-day sleep and feeding log to get the full picture.

  • A detailed email response with tailored recommendations, gentle strategies to improve sleep, insights into what’s normal and healthy for your child’s age, and helpful extras like handouts, referrals, articles, and other resources to guide you.

  • Once I receive your completed intake form and logs, you’ll get your personalized email response within four business days.

  • One follow-up email to use within two weeks, so you can ask any additional questions or get further guidance as you implement changes.

This consultation is designed to be simple, thorough, and supportive—helping you feel more confident about your little one’s sleep.

1 hour consult call

Whether you need reassurance, help troubleshooting a bigger sleep challenge, or guidance on shifting smaller sleep patterns, this 1-hour audio or video call is designed to get you on the right track. Together, we’ll dive deep into your child’s sleep, and by the end of our session, you’ll leave with a clear plan to implement with confidence.

What’s included:

  • A full review of a mini intake form and a three-day sleep and feeding log to get the full picture.

  • 60-minute video/audio call to discuss your intake form, sleep goals and challenges, and go over any specific questions you have. We will also cover things like normal infant/toddler sleep.

  • A detailed summary of our call, a personalized sleep plan, and helpful extras like handouts, referrals, articles, and other resources to guide you emailed to you, within 3 business days.

  • Includes two follow up emails to be used within three weeks of our call.

Please note: If you’re managing multiple major challenges or need more hands-on support throughout the process, the month support package may be a better fit.

Month support package

This package is perfect for families who want a bit more support and are ready to make sleep changes at a steady, comfortable pace. It starts with a 60-minute consultation to dive into every detail of your child’s sleep and create a customized plan that aligns with your family’s goals and values. Throughout the month support period, you’ll have opportunities to check in, adjust the plan, and receive guidance as needed.

With this package, you’ll feel fully supported as you navigate positive changes in your child’s sleep.

What’s included:

  • In-depth intake form, 3-day sleep and feeding log

  • A detailed, personalized sleep plan sent via email within 3 business days of initial call

  • Includes one 60-minute long video/audio call to discuss your intake form at the beginning of the support month

  • 2x per week (for three weeks) after the initial 60-minute call week email check-ins to use as touch points to check progress, ask questions, etc. (all emails will be responded to within 48 hours)

MINI DM CONSULT

Like having a chat with a friend in your DM’s, this quick 45-minute consult via Instagram or Facebook messages is perfect for getting fast, personalized advice on a single, smaller sleep challenge or even just some reassurance if that’s what you’re looking for. Whether you need guidance on early rising, split nights, normal infant or toddler sleep, potential sleep red flags, this consult gives you expert support without a big commitment.
