No, I will not recommend or use any sleep training, cry-it-out, or separation based methods. I focus on responsive techniques that foster attachment and respect your child’s developmentally appropriate sleep patterns and needs. This is not to say that there will be ZERO tears when making parent-led changes, but I will help you navigate how to best support your baby or toddler through these moments instead of leaving them to work through their emotions alone.

My approach is rooted in sleep science and focuses on supporting healthy infant development and attachment. I believe that restful nights should not come at the expense of emotional well-being, which is why you will not find any style of cry-it-out or separation based methods in our work together.

Once you book a consultation you will receive an email that includes details around next steps tailored to the support option you booked, an intake form and a three-day sleep log to fill out prior to our session. For call/video consults, once the session is complete, you will receive an email summary of everything we discussed, including any resources, attachments and links mentioned.
